Yes. FileHere can send automated email reminders to clients based on your request settings. By default, reminders are sent from notifications@filehere.com. Your firm can also track reminder activity, including email read receipts where available.

Yes. With custom email integration, your firm can send notifications using your own business email. With WhatsApp integration, your firm can send client notifications using your own WhatsApp number.

Yes. FileHere supports e-signatures and client confirmations. Each signature is encrypted and includes supporting metadata such as the signatory name, date, time, IP address, and mobile device model.
