By purchasing or subscribing to the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

The Service may be offered on a subscription basis or through prepaid credits/tokens.
All fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise required by law, all payments made for subscriptions, credits, or tokens are non-refundable.
This includes:
Subscription fees
Prepaid token or credit purchases
Partial billing periods
Unused portions of subscriptions

At our sole discretion, we may provide refunds under exceptional circumstances, including:
Duplicate payments
Billing errors
Technical issues that prevent access to the Service for an extended period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether a refund will be granted.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate the account
Restrict future access to the Service
Recover associated costs where permitted by law
Users are encouraged to contact support to resolve billing issues before initiating disputes.
